MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Regular members

  • must submit filled application form in writing to the AMFI;
  • must be registered as microfinance organisation in accordance with current legislation in BiH;
  • must accept the AMFI's statutes;
  • must accept the AMFI's Code of Business Ethics;
  • must have clear organisation that is transparent and democratic;
  • must do business in accordance with the highest level of professionalism;
  • must perform independent audits;
  • microfinance organisation that is submitting membership application to the AMFI must provide evidence that there are no any ongoing proceedings that could result in losing their work licence;
  • must be ready to pay membership and annual fees to the AMFI, in line with the Assembly decisions;

Associated members

  • Must submit filled application form in writing to the AMFI;
  • must be registered as microfinance organisation in accordance with current legislation in BiH;
  • must accept the obligation to promote the AMFI's Code of Business Ethics and best practices in microfinance sector;
  • microfinance organisation that is submitting membership application to the AMFI must provide evidence that there are no any ongoing proceedings that could result in losing their work licence;
  • must be ready to pay membership and annual fees to the AMFI, in line with the Assembly decisions;
  • must perform independent audits;
