The MICROBALKANS Alliance Session focuses on strengthening collaboration in the Western Balkans microfinance sector by exploring lessons learned, regional progress, and the way forward.
This session brings together leaders from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia, with perspectives also shared from Central Asia. Discussions highlight the importance of alliances and cross-border cooperation in shaping the future of inclusive finance across the region.
Hosted in Dubrovnik — a city historically known for connecting cultures and trade — the MICROBALKANS25 logo symbolizes bridges as a core idea of the conference. It represents building connections between institutions, people, and countries, reflecting the shared vision of a stronger, more inclusive financial future for region.
