AMFI continuously works to improve the quality, transparency, and comparability of data on the microfinance sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, creating a reliable foundation for monitoring sector performance, supporting informed decision-making, and communicating with regulators, partners, and other relevant institutions.
An important contribution to this process is provided by the AMFI Finance and Reporting Committee, through the joint efforts of its members to standardize financial reporting, improve data quality, and develop common reporting practices.
At the Committee’s latest meeting, particular focus was placed on the next phase of development of the AMFI ESG & KPI Dashboard – a strategic project of the Association designed to consolidate key financial, operational, and ESG indicators of the microfinance sector.
In the coming period, AMFI (Elma Zukic), together with the Committee and AMFI members, will intensify activities related to the preparation and validation of historical and current data, data standardization and quality control, as well as the development of key reporting views. An operational working group is also planned to support individual phases of the Dashboard’s development and help ensure that the solution responds to the actual needs of AMFI members and the sector.
A dedicated segment of the work will focus on strengthening members’ capacities through a new training program in finance and reporting, with an emphasis on harmonizing methodologies, improving data quality, and addressing the practical needs of member organizations.
We would like to thank Belma Halimic (MKF Mikra), Chair of the Finance and Reporting Committee, as well as all Committee members – Suljic Ajka (Mikrokreditna fondacija “LIDER”), Elvis Grebovic (Partner mikrokreditna organizacija), Jasmina Halilcevic (MI-BOSPO mikrokreditna organizacija), Zerina Šenderovic (Mikrokreditna Fondacija SUNRISE), Mirza Mulic (Mikrokreditna organizacija EKI), Enida Imsirovic (Mikrokreditna fondacija MIKRO ALDI), Aleksandra Bubic Maric, Jelena Lucic (Mikrokreditno društvo Pro Fin), Mira Cvijan, and Jovana Jokic (Flex Credit Bosna I Hercegovina) – for their professional engagement, exchange of expertise and experience, and valuable contribution to the work of the Association.
Through the joint efforts of its expert committees and member organizations, AMFI continues to build a more reliable and transparent sector reporting system and a strong data foundation for the further development and positioning of the microfinance sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
